Choosing the right wedding vendor can be a difficult process! With so many to choose from, it can be overwhelming to try and find the perfect match. We have created a list of questions to help with the search.

  • How long have you been playing weddings?
  • Have you played at our ceremony/reception site before?
  • Do you have a specific timeline you follow? Is it flexible?
  • Will you supply the PA/sound for the ceremony? Is this an additional charge?
  • If wedding band, how many performers will be there?
  • How much space is required at the venue?
  • Is there a limited amount of songs we are able to choose from to play?
  • Do you have a standard song list you play?
  • Do you provide any additional services such as photobooths or up-lighting?
  • Will my guests be able to make requests?
  • If we decide to extend our reception time, how much notice do you need? Is there an additional charge?
  • Do you bring back-up equipment in case something goes wrong?
